Soft Tissue Therapist and Coach...

An Integrated Approach to Rehabilitation

What makes my work unique is the integration of manual therapy, strength, and movement.

Soft tissue therapy helps reduce barriers to movement and restore tissue health. Strength training builds capacity and resilience. Movement play challenges coordination and adaptability. Together, they create a comprehensive, rehabilitation-focused approach that supports both recovery and performance.

I’m driven by curiosity, clinical problem-solving, and a genuine passion for helping people move better—whether that means returning from injury, improving performance, or discovering new ways to move with confidence.

We’re never done challenging what’s possible.

Soft Tissue Therapy & Rehabilitation

My approach to soft tissue therapy is rooted in a deep understanding of movement, load and injury. After more than ten years performing at the highest professional level, I developed a first-hand awareness of the physical demands placed on the body, as well as the importance of intelligent training, recovery and injury prevention.

I am a Level 5 Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist with extensive training in strength and conditioning, movement-based rehabilitation and load management. This allows me to work beyond symptom relief, addressing the underlying factors contributing to pain, restriction or recurrent injury.

I regularly collaborate with coaches and physiotherapists and have experience supporting rehabilitation across multiple sports and performance disciplines. This exposure has strengthened my ability to assess movement patterns, adapt treatment approaches, and support safe progression back to training or performance.

A significant part of my clinical development took place at Trinity Laban Health, where I worked within a specialist multidisciplinary team supporting professional dancers. In this high-demand environment, I treated a wide range of presentations including overuse injuries, soft tissue dysfunction and complex conditions.

My goal is to restore connection, helping clients understand their bodies, reduce pain, and rebuild trust in movement.

Build

Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation

Strength is a key component of rehabilitation and long-term injury prevention. As a coach, I design programmes that build capacity safely and progressively, supporting both return-to-play and ongoing physical development.

My coaching integrates principles from strength and conditioning, mobility training, and motor control, with a strong emphasis on joint health and tissue tolerance. Whether working with athletes, dancers, or members of the general public, my focus is on developing resilient bodies that can tolerate load and adapt to physical demands.

Sessions are tailored to individual goals and histories, supporting:

  • Post-injury rehabilitation
  • Return to training or sport
  • Long-term strength development
  • Injury prevention and load management

Strength training is approached as a clinical tool as much as a performance one—used to support movement quality, confidence, and durability.

Play

Movement Exploration & Performance Support

Movement play is where strength and rehabilitation come to life.

Drawing on my extensive background as a professional dance artist and movement coach, I use creative movement exploration to challenge coordination, control, and adaptability. This approach supports not only performance enhancement but also neurological engagement, confidence, and enjoyment in movement.

I work with clients to refine movement patterns, explore new physical skills (such as rolling, handstands, and dynamic transitions), and reconnect with movement beyond structured exercise. This is particularly valuable for those returning from injury, helping bridge the gap between rehabilitation and real-world movement demands.

Play encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and ownership of movement—key components in sustainable rehabilitation and lifelong physical health.

Aaron is highly experienced within his field of movement, looking to apply it to those within strength sports. His grasp of the human body, how it moves, and how that can potentially apply to improve efficiency in athletes is something missing within all absolute strength sports.

I highly recommend that any coach, looking towards improving the performance and control of their athletes without adding in added stress to their athletes’ program, seriously considers getting in contact with Aaron to see how he can help them.
